Anthony Evans is a well known, experienced and entertaining chef with his own TV cookery series, 'Stwffio', aimed at the younger generation, on S4C. Anthony will be coming up with some culinary surprises during Friday when he will be demonstrating in the Marquee Demo Kitchen.

Fraser Christian will be demonstrating in the Marquee Demo Kitchen on Saturday. He was skipper of the Neptune on which he hosted Catch and Cook courses for Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and contributed to the fish events at River Cottage HQ. Environmental issues lie close to his heart especially where fishing, shooting, and wild food foraging are concerned. He runs foraging courses at various venues around the country. He will also be leading a foraging walk to the sea shore on Friday, identifying edible plants and seaweeds and molluscs.

Adam Vincent is an artisan producer in the proper sense of the word! He breeds pigs on his Smallholding near Mathry, carries out the butchery and then produces wonderful sausages with a very high meat content (95 %). He will be demonstrating how easy it is to make sausages (!!) and will be giving you the opportunity to have a go at making them and eating them!! He will also be in charge of the Pig Racing which is too good to miss. (Friday and Saturday)

  THE LOW CARBON COOK-OFF COMPETITION!!

The Low Carbon Cook-Off is a project from Eco Centre Wales that looks at the environmental impacts of our food choices in a fun and engaging way and with a good dollop of healthy competition. Local chefs will compete head-to-head, using ingredients of their choice, to create a winning dish that is good for our environment as well as our stomachs. Learn some new recipes, find out what Low Carbon Cooking means, and revel in the spectacle of two chefs battling to put their dish together before time runs out. Come, be inspired, and vote for who you think should be crowned Low Carbon Cook.  (Friday and Saturday).
